Lovingly restored by local families, The Milton Hotel is home to Dangerous Ales, brewed here on site, alongside a kitchen built around wood, fire and great produce.

Our menu is thoughtful but unpretentious, celebrating quality local and seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and a low-waste approach to cooking. Pair it with a beer brewed metres from your table, a whisky in the lounge or a cocktail on the deck.
